Towing lever
Cam roller with needle bearings; hardened needle bearing axle fixed in precision-cast lever body with positive fit. Without deformation of the lever body. Double riveting simultaneously from both sides.
Plastic ignition distributor
Transmitter plate riveted to the rotor by reshaping the four plastic studs (ABS material).
Pneumatic spring tube
Sealing piston riveted. Possible even with large tube cross-section and wall strength without flattening. The tube remains perfectly cylindrical.
Loudspeaker housing
Riveting without rivets. The projections on the baseplate serve as rivets.
Steering fork
High torque is required. Sqare section shaft was previously welded in. As the male die does not turn with radial riveting, the square section can be riveted without problems. No exposure to heat, no spatter and a 100% safe join. Previously electroplated parts can be riveted without problems.
Steering pinion
Previously the bearing was fixed using traditional methods with circlips. Radial riveting means that the groove, circlip and the costly assembly are eliminated.
